To ensure a personalized and seamless experience, all first-time clients are required to complete a consultation — either virtually or in person — before booking any service. No exceptions.

• Consultations are complimentary for a limited time and take approximately 15–20 minutes. This allows us to assess your needs and determine the most suitable color or grooming service for you.

• Virtual consultations are available via Instagram video call, WhatsApp, or FaceTime for your convenience.

• Full payment for your service will be processed at the time of booking.

• You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.
  If you reschedule or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged the full amount of the service.

• Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow time to settle in before your session.

• Our booking calendar is open 30 days in advance. Appointments beyond this window are not currently available.
